These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CubeArena website, online store, products, and related services.

Throughout these Terms, “CubeArena,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the independently operated CubeArena store. “You” and “customer” refer to any visitor, shopper, or purchaser using our website or services.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. If you are under the legal age required to make purchases, you must use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

3. Products and availability

CubeArena sells Rubik’s Cubes, speedcubes, puzzles, timers, lubricants, accessories, replacement parts, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, photographs, colours, prices, and availability accurately. However:

  • Colours may appear differently depending on your screen.

  • Packaging may change without prior notice.

  • Manufacturers may update product designs or specifications.

  • Minor visual differences that do not affect normal product functionality may occur.

  • Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders when reasonably necessary.

4. Prices and payments

Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Shipping charges, payment-processing costs, taxes, or other applicable fees may be added before the order is completed.

Payment must be made using an accepted payment method. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

CubeArena does not ask customers to send passwords, one-time passwords, PINs, or complete payment-card details through Telegram, social media, email, or chat.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. CubeArena may contact you to confirm availability, payment, delivery information, or other order details.

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

  • A product is unavailable.

  • The price or product information contains a clear error.

  • Payment cannot be confirmed.

  • Customer or delivery information is incomplete.

  • The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized.

  • The order violates these Terms or applicable law.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, CubeArena will arrange an appropriate refund using the original or another mutually agreed payment method.

6. Pricing and listing errors

Occasionally, product information, prices, promotions, discounts, shipping charges, or availability may contain errors.

CubeArena may correct an obvious error before dispatching the order. If a correction materially affects a confirmed order, we will contact the customer and provide an opportunity to accept the correction or cancel the affected item for a refund.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions, gifts, discount codes, KOL codes, bundles, pre-orders, and limited-time offers may have additional conditions.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Only one discount code may be used per order.

  • Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Free gifts are subject to availability.

  • CubeArena may cancel misuse, duplication, or unauthorized distribution of promotional codes.

8. Pre-orders and bookings

Products marked as “pre-order,” “booking,” or similar are not immediately available for delivery.

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed and may change because of manufacturers, suppliers, customs procedures, transportation, or other circumstances outside CubeArena’s reasonable control.

Any deposit, cancellation, or refund conditions specific to a pre-order will be communicated on the product page or before payment.

9. Shipping and delivery

Orders are delivered according to our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate recipient name, telephone number, delivery address, and location information. CubeArena is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by traffic, weather, holidays, courier availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the delivery. Customers should inspect packages promptly and report missing, incorrect, or damaged products with supporting photographs or video.

10. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Return, exchange, and refund requests are governed by CubeArena’s Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible requests must generally be submitted within 14 days after delivery. Products must meet the conditions stated in that policy.

Returning a product without first contacting CubeArena does not guarantee that the return will be accepted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Cambodian law.

11. Product use and care

Customers are responsible for reading and following the manufacturer’s instructions and using products appropriately.

Damage caused by misuse, impact, excessive force, water, sand, improper disassembly, unauthorized modification, incorrect lubrication, unsuitable charging equipment, or normal wear and tear may not qualify as a product defect.

Small parts, magnets, batteries, lubricants, and electronic accessories should be kept away from young children unless the product is specifically designed for their age group. Children should use appropriate products under adult supervision.

12. Warranty

A product warranty applies only when expressly stated on the product page, packaging, invoice, or applicable Warranty Policy.

Manufacturer warranties may be subject to the manufacturer’s own conditions. Proof of purchase, photographs, video, serial numbers, packaging, or inspection may be required to assess a warranty claim.

Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly may affect warranty eligibility.

13. Customer accounts

Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and for activities performed through their accounts.

You must notify CubeArena promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

14. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:

  • You created it or have permission to share it.

  • It is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  • It does not violate another person’s rights.

  • It does not contain unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious material.

You allow CubeArena to display and reproduce submitted store reviews and related content for store operation and promotion, subject to applicable privacy law. CubeArena may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

15. Prohibited activities

You may not use the website or services to:

  • Commit fraud or another unlawful activity.

  • Submit false account, payment, or delivery information.

  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security.

  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or automated attacks.

  • Scrape, copy, or exploit store content without permission.

  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

  • Harass customers, staff, partners, or other users.

  • Circumvent purchase limits or misuse promotions.

  • Resell products through deceptive or unauthorized representations.

16. Intellectual property

The CubeArena name, logo, original photographs, graphics, written content, website materials, and promotional content may not be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission.

Third-party brand names, trademarks, and product logos belong to their respective owners. Their display is for product identification and does not imply that CubeArena owns those marks.

17. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery services, social platforms, and external websites.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. CubeArena is not responsible for third-party websites or services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

18. Website availability

We try to keep the website accessible and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may occasionally be restricted because of maintenance, updates, security concerns, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CubeArena will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the website or products.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer rights under Cambodian law.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

22. Termination

CubeArena may suspend or terminate access to its website or services when a user materially violates these Terms, engages in fraud, threatens website security, or acts unlawfully.

Obligations arising before termination, including valid payment obligations and accepted return responsibilities, will remain in effect.

23. Governing law

These Terms and transactions with CubeArena are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Customers are encouraged to contact CubeArena first so that complaints or disputes can be reviewed and resolved reasonably.

24. Changes to these Terms

CubeArena may update these Terms when its services, policies, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes will not unfairly remove rights that already apply to a completed purchase.
