CubeArena processes orders during normal business hours. Orders placed outside business hours or on public holidays may be processed the next business day.

Delivery times

  • Order before 9:00 AM for standard same-day delivery where available.

  • Same Day Delivery and VIP Express Delivery may be available for eligible orders placed before 6:00 PM.

  • Delivery times depend on distance, traffic, weather, courier availability and store hours.

Delivery fees

Phnom Penh local-delivery fees are calculated according to delivery distance and service selected. Shipping to other locations depends on the destination. The applicable fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Address and postal code

Please provide your correct name, telephone number, complete address, location pin and six-digit postal code. Select the suggested verified address when available.

An incorrect address or postal code may produce an incorrect delivery fee or make a delivery option unavailable. If the actual delivery information differs from the information entered at checkout, CubeArena may contact you to confirm the address and any delivery-fee difference before dispatch.

Receiving an order

Inspect your order immediately after delivery. For missing, incorrect or damaged products, keep the original packaging, take clear photographs or video, and contact CubeArena before using, modifying, lubricating or disassembling the product.

Eligible returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to CubeArena’s Return and Refund Policy. Delivery fees are refundable only when CubeArena supplied an incorrect, defective or damaged item.
